Quarter Turn worm type/ Spur GB / Bevel GB: All the gearboxes required for operating our valves are made by us.

The QTWGB are up-to 2,50,000 nm, SG Boxes up-to 10,000 nm.

3m submergence test for the gearboxes is offered. These are endurance tested for life cycles as per AWWA specs. SG boxes are in modular construction so that they can be used as operators for Sluice Valves & also as secondary spur units for BFV’s. Position indicators are standard on QTWGB & optional on SG Boxes.
